Description 

Eleum Loyce is a renown robber from London, who spent a lot of time practicing her craft and becoming proficient in it. She was so effective that she was given the ultimatum to leave the country or die. She chose to leave the country, and stowed away on a boat across the Atlantic, so that she could arrive in the States, where she promptly made headway to New Alexandria. She is a charismatic lady, and quite beautiful, and wears exotic colored makeup, typically in bright blues.

Early Life 

Eleum spent her early life growing up without parents, she got into pickpocketing and stealing at a young age, and only got better as time and experience came to be. She had to fight for every scrap of food and clothing she could enjoy.

Present Life 

Presently, Eleum resides in New Alexandria, and has been establishing herself in the State as one of its newer criminals, she hasn't gone for any big or otherwise dangerous jobs yet, but she is quite eager to get started on making her mark well known inside of New Alexandria.
