Description 

Kerrigan is currently a member of the Department of Prisons, a force dedicated to rehabilitating, and punishing the criminals of New Alexandria in order to dissuade further criminal activity. Kerrigan is a firm believer in the open hand and closed fist approach. This means that she is just as willing to beat the snot out of someone, as she is to talk them out of their criminal lifestyle, depending on the respect level given to her. Kerrigan doesn't believe in using anymore violence than necessary to get the point across, but she is quick to anger, and has very low patience and tolerance for shit-headery.

Early Life 

Kerrigan was a resounding student but had unloving parents who disagreed with her choices in education and eventually her professional career in corrections, they inevitably disowned her, leaving her to fend for herself. Kerrigan found her love in corrections once she started working in them within London, and saw a small time thief turned into a resounding business man and successful, it was one success story that would propel her forward into a lifetime of correctional careers.

Present Life 

Kerrigan spends a lot of time at the prison to ensure that it runs correctly, and to see what impact she can have on current inmates to try and get them to turn their life around and embrace a life beyond crime and become rehabilitated into society. She frequently checks on the inmates she has touched to try and keep them on the right track. Kerrigan spent some time within the Marshal's Office after her first term as the Warden, but ultimately decided to return to her one true love, the Department of Prisons. Kerrigan is also a trained Doctor, and a sound legal mind.

Kerrigan was the first officially appointed Warden after the establishment of the Department of Prisons, following in the footsteps of Hannah Holland, who met an untimely demise.
