Description 

Early Life 

From a very young age, Lila was always loud and proud, and inseparable from her twin brother, Sean. Their father was almost completely absent from their lives, leaving it up to their mother and Charlie Saltwell to raise them. Lila was always determined to earn and work hard for what she got, despite it being very easy for her to get anything she wanted due to her high-class upbringing. When her and Sean's birth father passed away, Lila did not shed very many tears at all and instead involved herself in the family business to help her mother and Charlie the best she could.

Lila did a large amount of travelling between New York and Massachusetts for her university studies, spending her time from 16 to 20 years old studying while helping with business here and there.

Although she was not involved in straight violence and criminal activities, Lila was key in obtaining information from enemies and allies alike by almost any means necessary. This was fairly valuable in the eyes of other gangs, and more often than naught Lila would be victim to them trying to get knowledge and ending with her being horrendously tortured and beaten when she refused to give up anything. While most of the incidents were known by her brother, some she kept secret to all her peers except for Charlie.
