Description 

Otto was born with a rare gene known as albinism. White hair, pink eyes, and pale skin. His skin little sensitive to the sun but he didn't seem to care in the world. He loves the outdoors. Otto is half-native, though due to his condition, only features are his face.

Early Life 

He grew up in New Zealand, where in a small village/town. His father is born and raised in New Zealand. His mother is native that been immigrated over from America and married to Otto's father. He didn't live in the most nicest place, which made him grow up pretty quick. The village population so small, they have no police of any sort. Mostly run by the biggest family that throw authority around and boss people about. Otto at age of 16, given a job to kidnap a wealthy lady and take them to a place for ransom. Though it didn't end well and the lady died to torture and worse action. Otto tried to save the lady but only gotten pinned and his mouth and part of his face to be cut up and mutilated then thrown out. It has healed over and survived. Otto returned, he was in more trouble. Owing money to some folks for a failed job. So he ran away for awhile, though when he turned 18 years of age, he manage to get a boat ticket.

Present Life 

He manage to arrive to New Alexandria with only his pants, suspenders, and hat. People ask him why isn't wearing any clothes, well it's because he had to sell it for little extra money for a boat ride. He's trying to figure out his place in this world. Trying to make connection.
