Description
Early Life
Richard James Fowler was born in Temperance Town in the Capital city of Cardiff, Wales. Temperance Town was an area near the center of the city. The city was a port specializing in the export of coal. Temperance Town is located right next to the Great Western Railway station. The lower socio-economic class of welsh society typically inhabited it.
Temperance town was land owned by the British Colonel Edward Wood, a teetotaller, who imposed strict regulations against alcohol consumption. Much to the distress of the inhabitants. Despite this imposed ban, Richard's father was an alcoholic.
Present Life
Lee-Metford Bolt-Action Magazine Rifle "Maggie"
Richard's Lee-Metford is called "Maggie" after a girl he was close to back in Temperance town named Maggie Jones. Although, upon returning to Cardiff, he could not meet up with her again, he is unsure what happened to Maggie. To most other people who didn't know Maggie, Richard plays it off as he named his Rifle off the fact it's a Magazine Rifle.
Richard is very over-attached to his Rifle, and he can't sleep without it being close to his side. You will not often see Richard without his Rifle. Like when he was in the Army, he cleans and services his gun every single time he wakes up.
On the stock of his rifle, he has the initials R.J.F.
