The Southern Union is a multifunctional transport services company, headquartered in Saint Denis, New Alexandria. Though The Unions roots lay in offering transport services, The Southern Union has begun to move it's focus away from offering solely transport services.
History
Founded in 1899 as The Briggs Overland Stagecoach Company and later, the Southern Transport Union in-order to facilitate the respective companies expansion plans. The Southern Transport Union was a passenger and freight transportation company that operated several stagecoach lines and ferries throughout the state of New Alexandria.
After experiencing financial difficulties in mid-1900 The Unions activities temporarily dwindled.
Now known as The Southern Union, it continues to offer transport services throughout the state and presides ownership over the Briggs Overland Stagecoach Company and Briggs Eastern Steamboat Company.
