Description
The Broke Knuckle Mob, a family-led criminal organization with its roots in Cardiff, Wales, has carved out a notorious reputation through a combination of entrepreneurial pursuits and underground activities. As a group originally consisting of Welsh patriots, they deviated from their lawful and orderly lifestyles, enticed by the allure of new opportunities tinged with a hint of violence. From breaking knuckles to pouring pints, life for the Mob had definitely been on the rise.
History
The origin of their distinctive name comes from a loose term used by fellow Cardiffians to describe the rabble. They were coined as the "Broke Knuckle Boys". The title stems from the violent and aggressive nature of the Boys. The Boys were involved in lesser crimes, yet they were predominantly violent in nature. Growing up in deprived neighbourhoods, the early years were marked by economic hardships and limited opportunities. Some of them received a basic education, while others were forced to forgo formal schooling due to the pressing demands of survival.
During their coming-of-age, the band of Boys attempted to better themselves. Falling victim to the rise of British Imperialism and propaganda, they decided to take up arms and do the Queen's bidding far from the English Channel. In the Army, these aspiring leaders conformed and found a sense of structure, discipline and purpose that had eluded them in their youth. During their service, each acquired an understanding of the vast dynamics of power -- an invaluable education that would later serve them well. After years of service amongst the sands of Africa, many had left the military -- some by choice, others not.
No longer 'Boys', the Fowlers recoined their old moniker in favour of "The Broke Knuckle Mob". It reflected a growing sense of organisation in their activities, often meticulously planned with efficient execution and unwavering loyalty to their comrades -- a code reminiscent of their service years. No longer satisfied with the smog-stained cobbles of Cardiff, the Mob relocated to New Alexandria; in hopes of opportunity, wealth and freedom.
