Description 

Thomas Myles is somewhat of a naïve man. He believes that there can be good in everyone and that this truly is the land of second chances. He will attempt to bring peace to otherwise unpeaceful situations, and a smile to others' faces. Exactly the type of person that hardly is welcome in this harsh reality of New Alexandria. His willingness to do what is, in his eyes, considered right, is constantly being tested every single day in the cruel world of this truly wild west.
Thomas is a fairly tall man, though a bit lankier than most. His dark brown hair under his signature green cowboy hat matches his well-kept and properly waxed mustache. His emerald eyes match his signature outfit, which often tends to include his partiality to tailcoats. After an attempted murder and arson incident with the "Guppie Gang", Thomas was left horribly scarred on the left side of his body, which to this day he will never truly recover from.
It is hard to say if and when his spirit will break and that line of "modern chivalry" will be blurred, but in this world, kindness and selflessness tend to lead to a short life. Perhaps in this land, his motto of "Everybody gets one" truly does apply to everybody.

Early Life 

Thomas grew up with his two brothers, his Father, Wilson Myles, and his mother, Martha Myles as a ranch hand in Utah. Primarily breeding shires as his family did for a few generations now was never truly his calling. His father, Wilson, was the Sheriff of the small town he grew up in, and Thomas was but a junior deputy as soon as he turned 16. Thomas grew sweet on a girl, Emma, who he was courting for several months, though their relationship was spotty at best. Petty crimes and keeping the peace were the name of the game for a few years before a notorious gang began taking interest in the small town. After a few months of constant harassment, Thomas accompanied some local bounty hunters to put an end to the gang for good, with mixed approval from his father. However, after arriving at the known campsite, he was shocked to find his sweetheart there, Emma; on the wrong side of the law. His moment of hesitation leads to a shootout, wherein most of the gang escaped. Two weeks later, news reached Thomas that his father was gunned down in the street by that same gang. Thomas has since always blamed his father's death on himself, believing that getting that close to someone only means they need a shorter knife.

Present Life 

Thomas Myles currently resides in the Heartlands of New Alexandrea, continuing his desire to help folk by joining the Sheriff's department and becoming a Senior Deputy Detective.
