Early Life 

William was born in London growing up on the mean streets of Camden Town, where he was one of the few lucky enough to recieve a formal education. Gaining a keen sense of monetary value and a disdain for the police, Wulf was never opposed to a bit of commercial robbery. Attending college under an engineering course, he worked with all types of machinery however a keen understanding of drills seemed to be what stuck. During these early years William had naturally garnered a small crew of like minded friends. The robberies started out small, local, but before long developed into something much bigger.
