*IMPORTANT* New rule regarding crime before and after a server restart.

Hi All,

After some discussion amongst the Admin Team and above, we have decided to adopt a new rule regarding criminal activity, both before and after a Server Restart.

13. You may not commit any crimes in the 20 minutes leading up to a Server Restart, 30 minutes leading up to a Server Restart for Store/Bank Robberies, and 20 minutes after a Server Restart. This includes crimes against players and NPCs (such as robberies), and does not include crimes that were already in-progress prior to the 20/30 minute mark for the Server Restart. This is the bare minimum, we do recommend allowing for more time as roleplay scenario's can take much longer than 20/30 minutes.

Overall we felt this was necessary as things tend to wind down/up during these periods around a server restart and it allows for players to get situated whether it be leaving the server for the Server Restart or just getting in right after the Server Restart.
