Howdy everyone, Recently we had a Admin+ meeting and we wanted to let you in on some of the things we discussed:

- NLR and the following Thread:

After a long discussion regarding NLR and what the community had brought forward, we are looking into a possible update in the descriptions and clarifications regarding this rule.

This clarification would include: If you want someone to remember something after incapping them, you may DM them to let them know that they can remember what happened when it comes to your character in that incident.

This method would not additionally require you to take them to a doctors office for them to recall your involvement in the incident, which can assist in providing a more fluid roleplay experience in situations where it may not make sense for your character to bring someone to a doctor but you wish them to recall the event.

*If your attack was done with a group, ensure the group is in agreement or consents to their part as well.

Additionally, once consent is granted, the depth and speed of their recollection is up to the incapacitated player to decide for themselves and cannot be dictated by the aggressor, nor can that consent be revoked after the fact.

- Rule of 4 and Search Parties
Although it can make sense from a character perspective to have multiple groups searching for missing/kidnapped characters at the same time, it breaches rule of 4, particularly once the groups/players are aware that this is occurring.

We have had a few questions on concerns raised in tickets regarding this as of late, so we felt it best to provide clarification: You cannot coordinate with more than 4 players at the same time to look for someone if they are missing or kidnapped, as that would be more than 4 players working towards the same goal.

This is due to the fact that it could lead to a problem once the person is found and a hostile situation arises, and this goes for all roles civs, crims or LEO's. (After all, consider if the roles were reversed, and these were criminals hunting down civilians. The rules must apply to both sides equally in this respect.)

- Reporting Rule Breaks
If you witness or suspect a rule break in server that is not regarding a personal or sensitive issue, please put in a player report within 7 days of the incident. (The Admin team will always encourage and direct players to do so when they open tickets on PR instances. Which means it is unnecessary and/or redundant to state in a report if one has been redirected to make a PR from a Ticket as it is merely the proper process.)

The Admin team PR's are meant to be a chance for the whole community to learn from the incidents, see how rules apply in various situations, as well as allow for all sides to come forward and explain their perspective, while ensuring a level of transparency with how these events are handled. They do not always have to result in WP or bans, but will always offer clarification.

- Recordings
Recordings are useful for bug reporting, compensation requests, and rulebreaks, so we suggest that people record while roleplaying. Even programs as simple as Medal, which you can use to even grab short clips if something does happen, are useful. If you are unsure how to set it up and do not know someone that can assist you, feel free to open up a ticket and we will help as best we can.

- Final Note: Although this is not an exhaustive list of what we’d covered, these are some of the points we wished to share. If you have any concerns regarding outcomes of PR's or tickets, or even if you have concerns about a certain player(s) please open a ticket and express those concerns, we will hear you out.

We may not always have or give the answer you want, but we will listen and we are always looking to improve and maintain a healthy commun
ity.
