A quick guide on how to use telegrams:

- Sending General telegrams
- All telegrams must have at least 1 line of text to be sent
- Subsequent lines are optional (just press ENTER if you don't have anything more to add and it will automatically send)
- The only thing you need to input is what you want to say. The '.. STOP' and '.. FULLSTOP' will be automatically added to your message
- EVERYONE will be able to read these.

- Sending telegrams to someone specific
- You must have their proper FIRST and LAST names in the first popup box
- They do not have to be online at the time, however if they don't get online in within that restart then they won't receive it.
- The rest of the instructions are the same as general telegrams.
- Sending telegrams to LEO
- Same as General Telegrams, but only Lawmen can read these
- Sending Anonymous telegrams:
- Same as everything else, but costs $20 more than sending it with your name attached (including to LEO!)
- Reading General Telegrams:
- You're able to see what people have sent
- You're able to see what people have sent
- Reading personalized Telegrams:
- Same as General, except you're able to 'crumple up' any telegrams you no longer want to keep
