There are some upcoming changes to the Whitelisting process. Our new application is revamped from our original application and what we are looking for in applications will become more stringent. We are committed to keeping a high quality of roleplay in the server, while maintaining a healthy population.
We are also changing how Whitelisting works in a broader way. We have experienced an influx of interest over the past couple weeks, and we couldn't keep accepting people at the rates we were previously accepting people at. For this reason, we are going to adopt a new quota-system of accepting Whitelist applications on a first-come-first-serve basis. This is something we are going to trial, and we may adjust it as needed based on feedback and what we see.
That being said, this is our following plan:
Applications will open up once every two weeks until a maximum of 100 accepted applications is met. Once we reach 100 accepted applications, the application form will be closed again until whitelist apps reopen again. Anybody who submitted their application before the form closed but did not make it within the first 100 will be wait-listed for the next round of applications, and will be processed before the next round.
This all being said, on Wednesday April 29th 2020 (Wipe day) at 12:00pm (noon) Eastern Time, the application form will reopen. It will remain open until we reach 100 accepted applications. We will then close the application form. A more formal schedule for opening/closing applications will be posted after the first round, and plenty of notice will be given.
Schedule will be included as posts below.
The quota of 100 is subject to adjustment based on how things go after wave one.
