Description 

Ash Larsen, formerly Astrid Aalto, was originally a contract killer and mercenary working for Duke Charleston II in England. She moved to New Alexandria under a contract when she was hired to kidnap, torture, and transport Alistair Kingsley, the duke's bastard son, back to his father, her employer. Upon arrival to the state, she hunted down Alistair and eventually found out he was fronting a fake cult, the Llama cult. She managed to capture him and began her work with him, planning their return to England. However, somewhere along the way, he talked her out of it and she let him go, making a big mistake in the eyes of her employer. Realizing this, she knew there was no going back and she debated whether she was better off running away or staying and defending herself. Eventually, Alistair convinced her to stay.

Family Life
Astrid Aalto was born August 1, 1877 to Elvina and Rikard Aalto in New York, NY. She was the second-born in a pair of twins. Her older brother, Buri Aalto, was born a mere 5 minutes before she was. Growing up, Buri and Astrid did not have a regular upbringing. Their mother died while they were young, and they were raised by their father, who was a mercenary and contract killer. He brought them into the life at a young age, having Astrid do her first job when she was 8 years old. The earliest jobs she did were not as violent, and often focused on using the deception of a harmless child to swindle people and steal valuables or plant incriminating evidence.
