Description 

A Caucasian Male roughly around the ages of 24-26. What used to be a frail and lanky man has been shaped by the State. Toned and Sturdy, standing around 6 feet in height. In his early days, he wore his golden blonde hair slicked back with a few loose hairs. Nowadays it hangs to his shoulders, brushed and kept. He has a golden twirled mustache that he considers one of his pride and joys. He has a noticeable scar on the bridge of his nose. Given to him by a Costello family Enforcer. His eyes shine bright ocean blue with a glint of naive optimism. He has a taste for the finer things always dressing to impress. Even wearing rough and rugged clothes he aims to be fashionable. Usually wearing a gold vest with a white shirt, black tie, black Cavalary boots, black hat, and pants.

Early Life 

Felix was born in Brooklyn New York. Felix was the youngest of his 7 siblings until a surprise visit from a young girl that announced herself as his younger sister. He grew up in poverty all his life, living in the shadow of his father. A Civil War Vet that never let anyone live it down. He formed a small gang in Brooklyn with his best friends, Henry Jekyll and Vito Costello. Felix left his family at 19 and joined the Costello Mob family. He soon became the head of Costello's underground poker games. A couple of years later his quick-wit and silver tongue landed him into some deep trouble. He became too good at stealing from the rich and began to skim money off the poker games for his own personal use. The Costello family soon found out what he was up to. He was given two choices, pay the debt he owes or leave the State to never return with no word to his family and no personal belongings. He took the 2nd choice and abandoned his family and everyone he loved. A month had passed since his banishment and while he was relaxing in a hotel room in Washington D.C two individuals broke into his room in which he shot dead with a double-action revolver. The two intruders were soon discovered to be his first lover Sasha Costello and her brother Luis Costello. Felix has never received closure on why the two were after him and maybe he never will. After the deaths of Sasha and Luis. He went on the run again this time making his way all the way to the State of New Alexandria

Present Life 

When Felix first got to state he had a passion to become a defense attorney but that fell short as he slipped back into the life of crime. He soon met some interesting people that led him down the path of darkness once more. He robbed banks, stores, people and did other shady things but what was soon to come he never would have expected. Felix found himself laying in a ditch after a failed attempt to rescue Kenny Hardie on his execution day. He was gunned down by a group of Vigilantes that were trying to protect the Deputies and the Coach that held Kenny. Felix crawled his way to Emerald ranch and was patched up by a woman he still does not know the name of. He made a promise to her that he would turn his life around for the better and that he did. Felix walked into Valentine a changed man. Wearing is signifying outfit (If you know you know). He mingled with new people every day always trying to make a new friend. After a week or so Felix encountered someone that would change his life forever Dallas Clancy. What started with a young kid calling him Uncle. Turned Felix into a Brother, Friend, Lover, and Enemy. Dallas sparked a chain of events. Introducing him to the first set of people he truly called family. Varek Gunn, Caleb "Duck" Jackson, Katrina "Kitty" Williams, Kit Skewbald, Dallas Clancy, Lori Thompson, and Mikhail "Misha" Zhukov and Leo Thorn.
