Description 

The Saint Denis Lottery Commission is a privately-held business which offers residents various games of chance, including lotteries, sweepstakes, and private gambling. All drawings are held in public, with advance notice regularly posted to all public forums. All winnings are guaranteed by the Lottery Commission, and are transferred through the banking system subsequent to any drawing.

No owner, member or employee of the business, nor their spouses or relatives are eligible to win any prizes or monies awarded by the Lottery Commission, nor are they eligible to enter any game, contest or drawing held by the Lottery Commission.

History 

Created in early 1900 by fellow entrepreneurs Henry Stowe and James Briggs, to provide a means of excitement for the residents of New Alexandria. Fearing that friends and neighbors lacked the ability to gain significant sums of money except by illegal means, the two set out to create a business that would offer fair, transparent and secure games of chance.
