Reginald stands at 6’3” with a moustache and clean shaven jaw,he has brown skin fade cut hair and brown eyes usually seen in beige clothes and has a scar going from the right side of the forehead down across the nose and finishing at the cheek.

Early Life

Born in a workhouse in Manchester to parents too poor to support themselves, his first 7 years were abusive and arduous as he got minimal education from the workhouse, gruel for two meals a day and regular beatings from the workhouse masters. Reginald got separated from his parents from a very young age as he was small enough to get into small areas others couldn’t in the mill’s machinery to untangle threads or clear debris which was a very hazardous job. However, he quickly grew and got too big for this role and was reassigned as a winder which is where he met the room master Humphrey Stephens who repeatedly and enjoyably beat Reginald for two years.

During this time Reginald began to despise Humphrey and on the eve of Humphrey’s 23rd Birthday Reginald fashioned a shiv out of machine spares and when the day came and Humphrey took Reginald out of the room for his usual beating, he fashioned the shiv and slashed humphrey’s throat, leaving him clutching at his throat while his life essence was seeping out. Instantly, Reginald ran as the workhouse guard was down to assist Humphrey and he escaped the workhouse into the unfamiliar area of Rusholme.

When wandering the streets, a group of five scraggly, scarred figures approached Reginald and offer him a home in return for what they described as his “services”, being desperate he said yes without second thought, unknowingly becoming the newest member of the Scuttler gang. He was welcomed into the leader’s home as a son of Malcolm Parker who then bestowed his family name onto Reginald. At first Malcolm had him doing small jobs such as delivering post, summoning those under Malcolm’s “protection” and doing some family chores which Malcolm was otherwise occupied to do. However, over time these chores became increasingly illegal such as pickpocketing, smashing rival house windows and other forms of vandalism/arson.

This carried on until Reginald was aged 15 at which point he was fully inducted into the gang as a member where he participated in carriage robberies in the countryside, blackmailing rivals and local political figures and participated in the 1894 Scuttler-Bengal Tiger street war where for 5 months the two rival gangs were at each other's throats in which Reginald lost two very close friends and killed three Bengal Tigers where in one encounter he got slashed with a knife across his face, leaving him with his recognisable scar. The wars came to an abrupt end when the police raided the homes of both gangs, arresting nearly all members, including Reginald’s adopted father, Malcolm Parker. The only reason Reginald wasn’t arrested was because the constables couldn’t recognise him due to the gash on his face and the fact he had shaved all of his hair off as their intelligence had his description pre gang war, therefore being unable to arrest him. All arrested men were sentenced to the gallows, leaving reginald again, with nobody until he remembers one of his father’s contacts had emigrated to the United States and suggested to meet him in the State of New Alexandria at which point he thought to gamble his future to start fresh as nothing was left for him in England except the hangman’s noose.

At first opportunity, Reginald sold his possessions except some clothes and essentials from which he used the money to purchase a ticket to sail from Liverpool to New York. Upon arriving in the States he got on the first train to New Alexandria.

Present Life

Upon arriving near New Alexandria in the neighbouring state, Reginald took a steam ferry across Flat Iron Lake to the town of Blackwater from which he met the brothers of Abraham Levy and Oscar Knight from which they then met Michael Chapman and Billy Williams then going on to form the Levy-Williams Gang
