Description 

A small weaselly man with blond hair and one eye, with well trimmed muttonchops wearing suits that compliment his red glasses. Most recognizable for his broken French-German accent and polite demeanor. Rather slippery, this bank robber is very patriotic to his home country of Germany and loyal to his friends. Is quite often confused with creole and slang terms used in English, Reinhart takes a rather prideful approach to his responses.

Early Life 

Born in the Alsace-Lorraine / Elsass-Lothringen shortly after the Franco-Prussian War, Reinhart grew up learning both French and German, with a higher education in English.

Due to to the constant bickering over the region, the higher education led to Reinhart joining the German Kriegsmarine with espionage to acquire military secrets in Britain and France, retrieving and stealing their military secrets and selling it on the black market.

Speer would soon travel to America, where he would be tasked with retrieving the most recent military knowledge and funding through any means necessary, as he wouldn't be funded by the German Parliament.
