In order to set your RedM to automatically launch Build 1491 (Server version we are using) when opening RedM to make joining the server seamless, you will need to change your RedM Shortcut parameters. You can do this by:
1) If you join RedM via Windows searching: In Windows search, type "RedM", and right click your RedM App Shortcut and choose Open File Location
2) Right click your RedM Shortcut, and click Properties.
3) Add "-b1491" at the end of the Target value and click Apply (replace the 1436 with 1491 in the screenshot below).
