Early Life 

Pedro Alvarez was brought up by a rich family that lived in Armadillo. His father, Alejandro, was a banker that made frequent trips to Saint-Denis. His mother, Suzanne, was a housemaid that loved to take care of her family and loved to make her presence known in the town. The family was well-liked, but Pedro had a knack for finding himself in precarious positions. One day as a young boy, he was out hunting when he came across a snare that had a large rabbit in it. Pedro was curious and approached the snare and began to examine the rabbit. As he was inspecting the craftsmanship of the snare, the owner came out from the woodline nearby and immediately accused Pedro of trying to steal his prize. Pedro was adamant about being nothing more than curious about the entire setup. The man stormed into town with Pedro in tow and demanded that his family cast him out of the family for being dishonest and a thief. Pedro pleaded with his father, but in the end, his father cared more about his reputation and his money than the love of his son. Pedro was allowed to stay in the house until he was 15 and from there he was exiled from the family and his mother was distraught. Pedro wandered his was over to Saint-Denis, hoping to find a job and a place to live, and luckily for him he found a group of friends that accepted him into their fold and began to help him get back on feet and get situated in the big city.
