Roslyn is friendly and patient which tends to attract lost souls. She is calm and quiet and while she isn’t generally violent Roslyn doesn’t see anything wrong with exacting justice where none will otherwise be found. Having been bullied during her childhood she is quick to stand up for the little guy, and until recently she viewed herself as a protector. But when her girlfriend (Delphine Argent) was shot and killed she began to doubt her ability to protect anybody.
Born to a loving mother and doting father Roslyn lived a charmed life until her parents were tragically killed when she was 9 years old. They had owned the local general store and fell victim to a robbery gone wrong. The outlaws, despite being known, got away and were never punished for their crimes. This left a lasting impression on Roslyn that follows her to this day.
Having no relatives who could take her in (her uncle was a alcoholic who was in jail for murder) she grew up in orphanages and quickly learned how to defend herself. She spent some time as a runaway in between orphanages and learned how to make money fishing, hunting, and stealing but would always end up in a scrape that would send her back into the system. Once she was 15 she escaped for good and has taken care of herself ever since.
Roslyn has moved to New Alexandria from out of state looking for a fresh start much like she has done every few years since she was 15. The local law enforcement in Virginia were getting a little too interested in her following an attack where a man was killed. The exact details are uknown, but when asked Roslyn insists it was an accident.
