Description 

Little seems to be known of the intentions or origin of this group, besides the fact that it was birthed by a woman of the name Dakota Thorne. Varying encounters emerge from Red Hill, built on notoriety and money. They move themselves in a manner of unknowingness and cover, often only emerging into towns when necessary. Members are held to the highest standards of loyalty, while nothing else matters. Their members consist of a unique bundle of people, ranging from caring folks to the darkest of people. Each person must be read in a unique manner, if incorrect, you may end up buzzard food.

History 

Dakota Thorne arrived in New Alexandria after she moved from Phoenix, Texas at the age of 20 with her cousin Charlie. As she began to situate into New Alexandria her interest in the crime life started to grow. She started off alone, robbing stores and even a bank. Eventually her curiosity sputtered into a gang, known as "Red Hill Bandits," also known as "Red Hills". From there on, it's started to expand across the state. Dakota has a craving for power and notoriety due to her being under-looked in her youth. She desires to be noticed and honored.
