Description
Robert is a grizzled cavalry veteran who is a man of few words but big actions. Due to his Cavalry background, he is both an accomplished horse rider and a marksman-level shot. He has had a troubled last few years and is looking for a fresh start in the state.

1874-1890: Lived in Monroe, NC, the son of the sheriff and his wife
1890: Robert joined the US Cavalry
1891: Robert was sent to Nevada to fight in the Indian wars
1891-1898: served with distinction, rising to the rank of Sargent
April-Aug 1898: Fought in the Spanish-American war in Cuba, serving with distinction in all major battles of the war
Sept 1898: Upon return to the States, Roberts Squadron was disbanded
Oct 1898: Robert returned to NC, working as a bounty hunter for the state marshall
Nov 1898: Robert falls in love with a school teacher named Dorothy
Mar 1899: Robert and Dorothy marry upon finding out Dorothy is pregnant
Nov 1899: Robert and Dorothy welcome Robert Jr
Dec 1899-1901: Robert and Dorothy lived happily in Monroe, NC. Dorothy took care of Jr. and Robert, seeking local low-level bounties.
Jan 1901: Robert learns of a large bounty placed on a gangster named Isaac; Robert becomes fixated on catching Isaac
Feb 1901: Robert and his posse get close to catching Isaac and his gang; as a warning, they torch Robert's house, with Dorothy and Jr. inside
Mar 1901: Robert becomes fixated on catching Isaac and tracking him to new Austin, only to find a local gang did not take kindly to Isaac and his gang showing up and took them out
Present Life
Robert headed home after learning of Isaac's death. Unfortunately, during his traversal of the Grizzlies, Robert lost his horse and most of his equipment to an avalanche; Robert headed back to safety in Strawberry and is now looking to establish a new life in New Alexandria after deciding he had nothing to return home to.
Robert is presently working odd jobs around the state while he hunts for more long term employment and stability.
